Introduction: Anaphylaxis is an allergic reaction, that can appear immediately from a few seconds, minutes to hours after the body is exposed to the allergen, causing various clinical scenarios, which can be severe and lead to a quick death. Objectives: Describe the knowledge of anaphylaxis prevention and practice management of 2nd year nursing students and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Methodology: A quasi-experimental study was designed on 138 2nd year nursing students of University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University. The questionnaire was developed based on Circular 51/2017/TT-BYT. Results: 100% of students increased the rate of correct answers on the prevention, diagnosis, and practice management of anaphylaxis after an intervention. There was a statistically significant difference in nursing students’ general knowledge of anaphylaxis, knowledge of anaphylaxis prevention, knowledge of anaphylaxis management, and monitoring before and after intervention (p |
