| Popis: | Material and Methods. Thirty-two patients with BD and twenty-five healthy ageand sexmatched controls were recruited from the Rheumatology Department of Cairo University Hospital. Behcet’s Disease current activity form (BDCAF) was used in order to assess the disease activity. The following parameters were assayed: serum nitric oxide level (NO), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), serum hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), serum total antioxidant capacity (TAC). |
