Popis: A search for the decay [ital K][sub [ital L]][sup 0][r arrow][mu][sup [plus minus]][ital e[minus plus]] with significantly increased experimental sensitivity has yielded no events. The 90% confidence level limit on the branching ratio is [ital B]([ital K][sub [ital L]][sup 0][r arrow][mu][sup [plus minus]][ital e[minus plus]])[lt]3.9[times]10[sup [minus]11]. When this data set is combined with earlier data the upper limit is 3.3[times]10[sup [minus]11].
