Popis:	The intranasal administration represents a useful alternative route to the oral one, particularly for drugs such as peptides which undergo to degradation processes in the gastro-intestinal tract. In order to set up an intranasal formulation it is essential to evaluate the local tolerability both of the active ingredient and of different excipients to be used for the pharmaceutical form.
