Popis: | In this paper, we propose a low offset voltage instrumentation amplifier (INA) for biological signal. The proposed circuit consists of the INA and double chopper stabilization circuit for achiving low offset voltage. The proposed circuit was evaluated through HSPICE using 1P 2M 0.6\(\mu \)m CMOS process. The offset voltage could be reduced to 4.1[mV] with the power consumption of 75.9[\(\mu \)W]. |
