Popis: Using synchronous averaging with respect to the QRS complex of the EKG, it is shown that the variability of the invasively recorded blood pressure wave is not constant over the cardiac cycle, but varies in set patterns. Such "blood pressure variability waves" have not, to our knowledge, been described previously.
