Popis:	Целью работы явилась разработка предложений по применению инструментов поддержки несырьевого экспорта в г. Санкт-Петербург в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ Ñ€ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð°ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹. Работа выполнена на базе/ на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Â Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ и структура экспорта России и г. Санкт-Петербург. Предметом ВКР являются экономические, политические, организационные условия, факторы и инструменты поддержки несырьевого экспорта. Методы: анализ и сравнение ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , графический метод построения и диаграмм, и Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², построение линии тренда, вертикальный анализ отчета о Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸. Основные результаты работы: -   изучены теоретические аспекты Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹;-   рассмотрены особенности поддержки несырьевого экспорта в мире, в России и Санкт-Петербурге;-   разработать предложения по применению инструментов  поддержки несырьевого экспорта в г. Санкт-Петербурге в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ Ñ€ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð°ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹; оценена целесообразность применения меры снижения экспортного тарифа таможенной пошлины. Областью применения результатов ВКР может быть практика в Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶ÐºÐ¸ несырьевого экспорта в регионе. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. The purpose of the FQW was to develop proposals for the use of tools to support non-resource exports to St. Petersburg within the competence of regional authorities. The work was carried out on the basis / on the materials of the dynamics and structure of exports of Russia and St. Petersburg. The subject of the FQW is the economic, political, organizational conditions, factors and tools to support non-resource exports. Methods: analysis and comparison of statistical data, graphical method of constructing both diagrams and dot graphs, construction of a trend line, vertical analysis of the company's financial results report. Main results of the work:- theoretical aspects of international economic transactions are studied;- the features of supporting non-primary exports in the world, in Russia and St. Petersburg are considered;- to develop proposals for the use of tools to support non-primary exports in St. Petersburg within the competence of regional authorities; the expediency of applying a measure to reduce the export tariff of customs duty was assessedThe scope of application of the results of the of the FQW may be practice in order to support non-resource exports in the region. Conclusions. The tasks of the FQW have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.Â
