Popis:	In the face of fever and haemorrhagic manifestations we must rule out vital risk situations for the patient. In these cases is priority to assess the possibility of a disseminated intravascular coagulation, in many cases will be associated with an infectious process. In patients from tropical countries malaria must rule out, as well as meningococcal infection and viral hemorrhagic fever if given the epidemiological circumstances suitable.
