Popis: Microwave radiation in the GHz is increasingly being used in telecommunication and data processing. However, this has given rise to electromagnetic wave interference (EMI). Ni–Zn–Cu ferrite film was prepared by aerosol deposition method (ADM) depending on its capability as an absorber or a conducted noise suppressor in the quasi-microwave frequency range. The ADM is a kind of high-speed coating method. The film thickness of 7 μm was obtained by the deposition for 4 min and the rate was estimated at 2.8 μm/min. The saturation magnetization of the film was 6.33×10−5 Wb m/kg and the coercivity was 0.94 kA/m. This value was nearly equal to that of sintered sample. The maximum complex permeabilities μ′ and μ″ were 200 and 70. The resonance frequency f r = 200 MHz was over Snoek's limit.
