The objective of this work is the analysis of activity of public catering enterprises with the aim of identifying risks. Development of measures aimed at reducing the impact of these risks. Analyzing the activity of the catering enterprise, the main threats to the external and internal environment were identified and mechanisms for their elimination were proposed. On the basis of the reporting data, the assessment of the financial position of the restaurant, i.e. liquidity and solvency was carried out, the coefficients of financial stability and profitability were calculated. The main reasons for the decline in the financial stability of the enterprise. Recommendations for risk management were developed and measures were proposed to improve the financial condition of the restaurant. |
