Popis:	The objective of this work is to relate the experience of approaching the concept of aging from the voice of the elderly through a focus group. A qualitative study was carried out with the technique of a focal group consisting of ten elderly people who attend Coexistence Groups in a community in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The following categories emerged: Stage of life, Physical changes, Social changes, Emotional changes, Motivation, Coexistence. Older adults define aging as a stage of life where physical changes, social changes and emotional changes are experienced.
