ÐÑла дана оÑенка ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑодов подбоÑа и оÑбоÑа пеÑÑонала, пÑименÑÑÑÐ¸Ñ ÑÑ Ð² ÐÐÐ âÐазпÑом межÑегионгаз СанкÑ- ÐеÑеÑбÑÑгâ, а Ñакже пÑедÑÑавлено ÑÑавнение ÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑодов Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑодами, пÑименÑÑÑимиÑÑ Ð² междÑнаÑодной пÑакÑике. Ðа оÑнове пÑоделанной ÑабоÑÑ, бÑла вÑÑвлена пÑоблема, влиÑÑÑÐ°Ñ Ð½Ð° ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑÑ ÑабоÑÑ ÐÐÐ âÐазпÑом межÑегионгаз СанкÑ-ÐеÑеÑбÑÑгâ â повÑÑÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑекÑÑеÑÑÑ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ñов. ÐÑли Ð´Ð°Ð½Ñ ÑекомендаÑии по ее ÑÑÑÑÐ°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ ÑооÑвеÑÑÑвÑÑÑей оÑенкой ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи введеннÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑий. ÐÑли пÑÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑиÑ: 1) введение нового ÑоÑÑÑдника â пÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð° кадÑовой ÑлÑжбой; 2) пÑоведение обÑÑаÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð»ÐµÐºÑий по пÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸; 3) ÑÑовеÑÑенÑÑвование ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð±Ð¾Ñа и оÑбоÑа пеÑÑонала. The object of the research is Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg LLC. The subject of the research is a set of economic, legal, organizational and social conditions and factors that directly affect the system of selection and recruitment of personnel. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop possible practical measures to identify and overcome problems associated with the improvement of the personnel search and selection system in Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg. Based on the analysis of scientific and educational literature, as well as internal work with the search and selection of personnel, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Saint Petersburg LLC has identified and addressed a number of problems. An assessment was made of the existing methods of recruitment and selection of personnel used at Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg LLC, have been assessed and compared with methods used in international practice. In terms of performed analysis, a key problem that affects the performance of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg LLC has been identified. Necessary recommendations were made that would result in its elimination with a corresponding assessment of the effectiveness of the measures introduced. The following events were proposed: 1) the introduction of a new employee - a psihologist in the personnel department; 2) conducting educational lectures on psychology; 3) improvement of the personnel selection and selection system. Possible costs and the level of staff turnover were calculated, from which it was concluded that the implementation of measures would lead to an increase in staff satisfaction with working conditions and a decrease in turnover. |
