Popis: | Optimized rigid foam appliance systems have been developed that can replace 30 to 50% of the CFC-11 that is currently used in many of the commercial systems by using water/CFC-11 blowing agents. This replacement was done while keeping within the processing parameters of the industry. The foams have an excellent balance of flow properties, physical properties, and low k-factor, which is attributed to complimentary effects between the foam system and the surfactants. Low k-factors can be obtained with a wide range of formulations |
