Popis: | One of the beam mostly used by scientists either for their research or presenting their hypothetical work is cantilever beam. Another name of cantilever beam is a clamped free beam. In this paper eigen analysis of clamped free beam made of structural steel, smart material and natural fibre reinforced composite and it's comparison are mentioned. Piezo ceramic material is used as a smart material and Hemp fibre is used for natural fibre composite material. Eigen analysis has been done in Ansys 14.5 tool. This analysis is limited to 10 mode shapes. It is observed that high natural frequencies occurred for composite material and low values for smart material. |
