Popis: | The partial molar volumes and refractions of aqueous solutions of fructose, glucose, mannose and sucrose were determined at 15.00, 20.00 and 25.00 °C over a wide concentration range. A model is proposed to describe the deviations of the partial molar volumes at higher concentrations from those at infinite dilution. In addition, the partial molar volumes of the sugars at infinite dilution were fit to quadratic relations in temperature. |
