Progressive intracranial mucocele associated with an osteoma of the frontal sinus causing seizures

Popis:	A 22-year-old woman was diagnosed to have an intracranial mucocele in association with an osteoma of the frontal sinus. The patient decided not to undergo surgery and developed seizures 1 year after diagnosis. As the mucocele progressed in size the frequency of seizures increased and operation was finally performed. Intracranial mucocele complicating an osteoma is rare but should be considered in the differential diagnosis of benign cystic expansion in the frontal region.
