| Popis: | A three-arm open-label quasi-experimental propensity-score matched trial comparing the adjustment to college in first-year, second-year, and new transfer students who: 1) enroll in a 30-Day Challenge (30DC) involving the Healthy Minds Program smartphone application in the fall of 2021, 2) enroll in the Art and Science of Human Flourishing course (ASHF) in the fall of 2021), or 3) enroll in neither the 30DC or the ASHF in the fall of 2021 (i.e., controls). |
