Popis: | The rotational spectra of AgCN and AuCN were measured using a Fourier-transform microwave (FTMW) spectrometer. AgCN and AuCN were generated in supersonic jets using the pulse-discharge reaction of laser-ablated metal atoms with HCN diluted with Ar. The rotational transitions for 107AgCN, 109AgCN, and AuCN were measured. The quadrupole parameters of the Au and N nuclei were compared with those of other metal monocyanides. |
