Popis: | The paper is aimed at modeling various radio engineering devices to incorporate them into a virtual laboratory. The development of a microwave transistor amplifier and its integration into a virtual laboratory are considered as well as connecting its model to a model of a vector network analyzer with a completely realistic interface. The created laboratory work allows us to study the configuration and operation of the transistor amplifier, as well as the design technique and tuning input and output amplifier matching circuits. |
