The theme of the final qualification work: "Research of printing technologies for applying protective coatings on electronic components on the basis of PJSC "Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð¿ÑибоÑ"". This work is devoted to the study of printing technologies for applying moisture-proof coating on printed circuit boards and their components, the development of material, equipment and technology for the aviation industry. The following tasks were solved in the course of study: 1. Study of the main methods of applying protective coatings to electronic components and development of requirement for these coatings and materials. 2. Study of basic materials for moisture protection of electronic components and their adhesive, electrical insulating, mechanical and optical properties. 3. Development of printing technology and definition of its components. 4. Development of practical recommendations for the use and implementation of new equipment and printing technology at the enterprise. The study carried out based on enterprise PJSC Â«Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð¿ÑибоÑ», where the results of testing samples for electrical insulation and mechanical indicators were obtained in the central measuring laboratory. In the workshop, experiments were carried out to determine the parameters of viscosity, adhesion and water absorption of urethane and silicone materials.The calculation of labor costs was carried out and the optimal technology for applying a protective coating on printed circuit boards and its components by a selective method was chosen, the choice of equipment that advised the requirements was made, methods of monitoring the product obtained were determined.Practical recommendations have been developed for the transition to a more automated, reliable and faster method of manufacturing coatings for the enterprise PJSC "Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð¿ÑибоÑ". |
