Research on development of a handy building information model application tool for decoration project

Popis: The current full-scale development of information technology in construction projects has attracted the attention of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Science and Technology. my country’s 14th Five- Year Plan has clarified the general strategy for the development of construction engineering informatization, which is to fully integrate information technology into the traditional construction industry. To achieve the overall goal of informatization construction, the development of appropriate informatization application tools is a key step. For this reason, this article starts from the convenience of the most basic 3D model informatization tools. In this paper, the application of BIM 3D model in design collaboration and construction management is studied based on BIM model technology and programming software. According to the requirements of using BIM by all staff in the decoration project, the technical route of product research, product function description and application method are put forward, and a handy BIM model application tool is designed and developed. The effect is analyzed combined with project examples. The results show that the handy BIM tool developed in this paper can be widely applied in the whole process management of decoration project.
