In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, the setting voltage of electrolytic cell plays an important role in the stability of production. In order to reduce energy consumption and improve current utilization, a set voltage model of electrolyzer based on long short term memory and light gradient boosting machine was proposed. Firstly, LGBM algorithm is used to analyze the feature importance of the extracted eigenvalues, so as to determine the feature parameters of the model. Then LGBM-LSTM combined model is used to simulate the actual production data. The results show that LGBM-LSTM combined model can accurately find the set value of electrolytic aluminum cell voltage, in order to provide effective theoretical guidance for the actual electrolytic aluminum production. |
