Popis: | The temperature dependences of the thermal conductivity of planar and nanotubular supracrystalline structures have been calculated at temperatures below the Debye temperature using the Landauer approach for the ballistic conductance of one-dimensional conductors. The mathematical model based on this approach has been examined on carbon nanotubes and graphene. |
