Popis: | In this paper we describe a use of laboratory process device Flexy2 in the master degree course Experimental Identification. The device provides a simple yet interesting features as a dynamical system. Process exhibits a simple principle of operation based on an indirect measurement of an air flow, produced by a computer fan, using a flexible sensor. The paper illustrates the tasks that are undertook by students during the laboratory sessions focused on system identification. Flexy2 is suitable for testing of common methods such as step response identification, various types of frequency response identification methods, and other parameter estimation procedures like recursive least squares. The laboratory exercises within the course are carried out using MATLAB and Simulink, on which students can apply their theoretical knowledge of system identification using a real process. |
