Popis: 1. The13C NMR spectra of esters of polybranched acids contain characteristic signals of COO, CH3, and CH groups that are sensitive to theβ andγ effects of substituents, and this makes it possible to use the data from the13C NMR spectra to establish the structures of complex molecules. 2. The telomerization of ethylene by methyl isovalerate proceeds with cleavage of the C-H bond in both theα-CH2 andβ-CH groups.
