Popis: | A simulation-based methodology is developed for continuously tracking and analyzing the quality of product, associated cost, and time during the manufacturing process. In particular, the metal-to-metal bonding process related to the prefit stage is selected for the study, in which required mating conditions for detail parts that make up the bonded assembly are critical. Finally, the results of the model allow the optimal condition to the supply-chain network and identification of problems that affect the quality and productivity of manufactured goods in a factory on a continuous basis. |
