Popis:	Last years Romania was forced to change a lot in its legislation, traditions and administrative practices: that was a reflection of the necessity to reform the state, to formulate a new concept and a new type of relations between the state and its citizens. In 2007 Romania still has one great challenge: the matter of public and private property. This is one of big problems preventing the country from a good integration in the European structure.
