Popis: | Porous silicon samples were obtained using electrochemical anodization etching of monocrystalline n-type silicon in hydrofluoric acid solution. Composites of porous silicon/zinc oxide nanoparticles were formed via electrochemical deposition technique. Data, containing information about size and element composition, were obtained using SEM and EDX analysis, respectively. |
