Popis: We are reporting the first measurement of temperature-dependent magneto-crystalline anisotropy parameters from the angular variation of surface impedance and resonance frequency data on a series of Fe/Cr/Fe trilayer ultrathin films on GaAs (100) substrates grown epitaxially by MBE from frequency-swept ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) experiments at X-band. Microwave giant magneto-resistance (μW-GMR) and microwave anisotropic-magneto-resistance (μW-AMR) as a function of temperature are derived from the field-dependent microwave surface impedance data. We have observed oscillatory antiferromagnetic exchange coupling as a function of Cr spacer layer thickness with reduced magnitude in comparison to the earlier results over the temperature range of 600 K.
