Popis:	Plummer Vinson syndrome is a rare condition characterized by cervical dysphagia associated with iron deficiency anemia and a ring on the upper esophagus. Sometimes its unusual presentation can lead to misdiagnosis. We report the observation of a patient with Plummer-Vinson syndrome, revealed by upper dysphagia.
