Popis:	An unusual cause of duodenal obstruction in the newborn infant has been presented. Two cases have been cited from the literature. Diagnoses must be based on symptoms of vomiting with a failure to gain weight, supported by x-ray findings of a dilated duodenum. Lymphadenopathy in the small bowel mesentery, following diarrhea, may have been the inciting cause. Treatment consists of a side-to-side duodenojejunostomy.
