Popis: | The in vivo antidote activity of 72 diterpenoid alkaloids isolated from plants of the genera Aconitum, Delphinium, and Consolida and their derivatives was tested against poisoning of mice by a lethal dose of aconitine. The structure–activity relationship was analyzed. The use of diterpenoid alkaloids as versatile antidotes against poisoning of animals and humans by aconitine-, veratridine-, and batrachotoxin-type neurotoxins was justified. |
