Popis:	Intrahepatic lesions involving a lobe or one or several segments of the liver may sometimes determine a compression of the surrounding hepatic venous bed severe enough to result in an interruption of the portal inflow in the corresponding area. Under these circumstances, there is no portal hypertension since a normal portal flow persists in the other hepatic territories.
