Popis:	Primary malignant tumors of the small intestine are rare tumors. They represent 1–5% of all tumors of the digestive tract. They are characterized by a pathological heterogeneity and poor and non specific symptoms resulting in a delay in diagnostis, therapeutic problems and therefore a poor prognosis.
