Fluorinated graphene suspension: Creation, properties, and perspective of applications

Popis: Films of fluorinated graphene (FG) and structures containing them, deposited on flexible substrates, were investigated in this work under tensile deformations with a varying bend radius of 5 to 1 mm. The possibility of using FG films for flexible electronics has been demonstrated. A generalization of the electrical characteristics of films formed from a fluorinated graphene suspension is given. Three characteristic regions of the electrical characteristics of the FG films are revealed, which depend on the degree of fluorination and, in particular, on the particle size and surface morphology.
