Generally, people with disabilities still have a negative stigma for some Indonesians. Persons with disabilities also have the same rights as other Indonesian citizens, one of which is the right to get public services. With the existence of Article 19 regarding the right to public services, persons with disabilities should have the right to optimal, fair, dignified public services without discrimination. However, there are still many public facilities provided by the government that do not support the accessibility of public services for persons with disabilities. Therefore, it is important to conduct a study on the accessibility of public services specifically for persons with disabilities in various cities in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach through literature study. The results showed that out of ten cities in Indonesia, the accessibility of public services for persons with disabilities is still not optimal. |
