Life adaptation with polycystic ovary syndrome: physiological and psychological

Popis: One of the main causes of infertility is a polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a persistent female endocrine disorder with characteristics that adversely impair appearances, physical health, and intellectual well-being. Infertility and psychological stress have a complicated link. Up until now, a rise in infertility has been linked to high levels of psychological suffering. So, one of the main reasons for excessive stress in couples attempting to consider is psychological stress, which contributes to infertility. PCOS symptoms include IR, hyperinsulinemia, poor glucose tolerance, and cardiovascular diseases may be caused by physiological changes. These indications and symptoms are further complicated by factors like insulin resistance (IR), dyslipidemia, endothelial damage, and systemic infection, which increase patients’ risk of cardiovascular disease compared to women without PCOS. This review focus on the relationship between physiological modification and metabolic outline of PCOS patients, as well as its associations for their infertility and PCOS, identifying some vulnerability signs as well.
