Popis:	The first air-operated diaphragm pump was patented in 1893, although the pumping concept was sparingly used until the mid 1960s. However, customer demands for more effective and efficient ways of handling different solids and abrasive materials has lead to many design improvements. Over the years, Warren Rupp has established itself as a major supplier of the type and here presents a brief overview of its development.
