Popis:	On the basis of the analysis of the literature the authors presented clinical and diagnostic characteristics of gout, its pathophysiology, modern methods of treatment. The features of neurological complications of gout, pathogenic mechanisms of their development are noted. We describe the clinical case of gout in participant in the rectification of the consequences of the accident at the ChNPP, somatic and neurological complications are considered. Photos of the patient are brought.
