ÐÑло оÑÑÑеÑÑвлено ÑаÑÑмоÑÑение компании аÑÑ Ð¸ÑекÑÑÑное бÑÑо ÐÐР«СÑÑÐ´Ð¸Ñ 44», ее иÑÑоÑии, ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑÑ, оÑделов, пÑоекÑÑ, а Ñакже ÑинанÑовÑе показаÑели за поÑледние 5 леÑ. РазÑабоÑка подÑобного плана ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ. ÐÑло пÑоизведено изÑÑение ÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ ÐÐÐ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ аÑÑ Ð¸ÑекÑÑÑное бÑÑо ÐÐР«СÑÑÐ´Ð¸Ñ 44». С помоÑÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ, ÑдалоÑÑ Ð²ÑÑвиÑÑ, оÑобо важнÑÑ, на мой взглÑд пÑÐ¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¡ÑÑдии - заÑÑÐ¾Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ . Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе пÑоделанной ÑабоÑÑ Ð±Ñли ÑоÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÑеделеннÑе ÑекомендаÑии по далÑнейÑÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ. Я ÑаÑÑмоÑÑела оÑделÑно ÑÑнок деÑÑелÑноÑÑи пÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ, оÑделÑно ÑоÑÑавила маÑкеÑинговой план, пÑоизводÑÑвеннÑй план, а Ñакже оÑенила возможнÑе ÑиÑки и ÑпоÑÐ¾Ð±Ñ ÐºÐ°Ðº Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð±ÐµÐ¶Ð°ÑÑ. This work is devoted to the study of business processes of the enterprise, in particular the business process of development of the St. Petersburg architectural studio LLC "Studio 44" Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of the concept of "business process" as well as classification and methods of business process management. Special attention was paid to the business process of the company's development. 2.The review of the company architectural bureau LLC "Studio 44", its history, structure, departments, projects, as well as financial indicators for the last 5 years was carried out. 3. Development of a detailed enterprise development plan The study of the topic of this WRC was carried out with the help of the architectural bureau LLC "Studio 44". With the help of a study of the enterprise, it was possible to identify a particularly important, in my opinion, problem of the Studio-the stagnation of the enterprise . As a result of the work done, certain recommendations were made for the further development of the enterprise. I considered separately the market of activity of the enterprise, separately made the marketing plan, the production plan, and also estimated possible risks and ways how to avoid them. |
