Popis:	Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) is often mocked as a condition which is easy to diagnose, but extremely difficult to manage. It is a chronic, debilitating disease of the oral cavity. Though it has a global distribution, it is predominantly a disease of the Indian subcontinent. A standard treatment to manage this condition is not yet available. This article aims at enumerating various treatment modalities of OSF.
