Features of the use of bronze alloys to produce elastic elements for various purposes

Popis:	The article presents the results of the study of indicators of the relaxation resistance of elastic elements made of bronze alloys. The issues of assessing the quality of the initial material and finished products from bronze alloys are considered. Comprehensive studies of the BrNHK bronze alloy for the manufacture of helical compression springs have been carried out. Prototypes were made, cyclic tests of helical compression springs made of BrNHK alloy were carried out. A comparative analysis of the results of an experimental study on the possibility of using the BrNHK bronze alloy as a material for the manufacture of springs is carried out. The questions of the influence of surface defects of the material on the quality of products and technological properties are considered.
