Representation of innovations in the model of regional development *

Popis:	It is developed an approach to construct the model with innovations as a modification a previously created model via addition a special submodel which output is the changing set of the original model parameters depending on intensity of innovative processes. To overcome the difficulties with great amount of new parameters the opportunity of aggregate description is provided. A multistep optimization procedure is developed where generalized turnpike solutions play the key role. Some results of case-study for a Russian region are described.
