The topic of the graduate qualification work: "Development of measures to improve the personnel management system (on the example of LLC "Iota")".This work is devoted to the research of the HR management system in the telecommunication company LLC "Iota".The tasks that were solved during the research:Тo describe the essence of the personnel management system.To define the goals and objectives of personnel management.to characterize the stages of building the personnelmanagement system.characterize the company and describe the type of activity.Analyze the internal and external environment of the company;Analyze the telecommunication market.Analyze the existing personnel management system.To give recommendations on improving the personnelmanagement system.The work was conducted in the company LLC "Iota", where asignificant part of the factual material was collected. Calculations were carried out, showing visually in what state is the financial and economic component of the company and how the personnel management system is organized. The analysis was conducted by interviewing employees of the organization and on the basis of personal experience in the company LLC "Iota".As a result, the personnel management system was analysed and the necessary research was carried out. Effective recommendations on the improvement of the personnel management system were developed. On the basis of the conducted research in "Iota" Ltd. three variants of management system development were formed based on the indicators of economic effect, payback period, a decision to choose the third variant of the project, which included two components to improve the personnel management system, was made. |
