Popis: This article describes manufacturing of powdered high speed steel by hydrogen coreduction of oxide mixture and oxalate of alloying elements on iron powder. The degree of reduction of the final powder and the morphology of obtained particles have been analyzed, a distribution map of elements has been composed, and the degree of compaction of the reduced powder as a function of compacting pressure has been studied.
