The topic of the final qualifying work: "Optimization of the delivery of combined cargo on the route St. Petersburg-Kaliningrad". The subject of the study is the peculiarities and problems of organizing the transportation of combined cargoes, and the object of the study is the existing delivery methods of the company "ImexsErvice" LLC. The purpose of this work is to study the process of organizing the transportation of combined cargoes on the example of the company "ImexsErvice" LLC, as well as options for improving the quality of this process.In this work, the theoretical concepts of logistics of combined cargoes and the peculiarities of their transportation were studied, calculations of economic indicators were carried out based on the initial data of shipments. As a result of the work, an optimized schedule for the dispatch of bulk cargoes was compiled, which allows for more efficient delivery of goods along all logistics chains. The effectiveness of the developed schedule lies in compliance with the principle of commodity neighborhood, full use of the volume and carrying capacity of the eurofury, as well as standardized shipments of each cargo. |
