The ‘data revolution’, or ‘big data’ as it is commonly referred to, describes the massive increase in the amount of data that exists, and also to our ability to perform increasingly sophisticated analytics using this data. Data is now being considered an economic and a policy asset for decision-making and we anticipate it will be crucial in all policy-making in coming years especially for Student Development and Employability skill enhancement... Specifically in Higher Studies and Managerial Education through Management Courses the significance of adapting and keeping oneself abreast, evolving from ‘static data’ to ‘fluid data’ has become imperative. The study would try to understand the impact of Static and Fluid Data on Student database, and how well it can be harnessed for Student Evolution by Academic Institutions for Student Enhancement and impact of Business Analytics as Course Offerings in Better Student learning. To study the same, a sample study would be conducted on 50 students at a premier Institute in Greater Noida, Lloyd Business School. The Institute is equipped with latest technical and digital skills and infrastructure like e-Library, e-Learning and Sharing tools, e-Attendance Recording, ERP for Learning and Development and the Business Analytics course which is imbibed in management education to understand the impact and influence on student’s growth and learning abilities through such digital pedagogies. |
