Popis: | Surgical interventions on the uterus and vagina often in the postoperative period lead to atony of the bladder and cystitis. Preventing these complications is essential. From 1972 to 1981, we observed 131 patients over 50 years old after plastic surgery performed by the vaginal way, for prolapse, prolapse of the uterus and vagina. Vaginal extirpation of the uterus according to Mayo was performed in 87 patients, Manchester surgery - in 9, anterior and posterior plastic surgery with levotoroplasty - in 35 patients.
