The subject of the graduate qualification work is âImproving the quality of merchant service for consumersâ. The given work is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for improving the quality of trade services for consumers of a retail enterprise. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the organizational and legal characteristics of the object of study; 2. Conducted marketing and competitive analysis of a trading enterprise; 3. Assessment of the economic condition of a trading enterprise; 4. Analysis of the quality system of trade services at a retail enterprise; 5. Development of recommendations for improving the quality of trade services at a retail enterprise; 6. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed activities. The work was carried out in the retail trade network "Semishagoff", which belongs to the organization LLC "TK Progress". In the course of the work, economic indicators were considered, a marketing and competitive analysis of a trade enterprise was carried out, and an analysis of the quality system of trade services at a retail trade enterprise was carried out. Recommendations were also developed to improve the quality of trade services at a retail enterprise and an assessment was made of the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The result of the work was the development of recommendations for improving the quality of trade services at the retail trade enterprise "Semishagoff". |
