Popis:	Novel compounds, hericenones C ( 3 ), D ( 4 ) and ( 5 ) were isolated from the mushroom Hericium erinaceum . These structures were determined by interpretation of the spectral data, and chemical and enzymatic reactions. These compounds have stimulating activity of the synthesis of nerve growth factor (NGF).
